I met Melissa on my first inspection of the property. Melissa stopped what she was doing and gave full attention to our discussion. My partner then met Melissa on our second inspection and had the same welcoming experience.
We then met Fran before the auction. Fran was very personable and explained some very good ideas with the property if we were successful. We felt that Fran had our needs in mind and made us feel comfortable. We have since purchased the property, and we are going to do one of the ideas Fran gave us!

We've mostly been really happy. Some of the best things have been the friendly staff and the large amount of information which helped in choosing our tenants. There were some miscommunications while choosing a tenant so we would have preferred what we agreed over the phone to also have been communicated in writing. Additionally, our unit took 8 weeks to find tenants, which is longer than we would have like. But other than that we have been very happy.

The experience is quite pleasant. Admittedly, the apartment needed major cleaning beforehand as the grime from the previous tenant wasn't cleaned well, but after that initial hurdle, the apartment is great. Our property manager, Mr. Benson Zhou, has also assisted us greatly in any repairs that had to be done. Admittedly, I didn't want to disturb him due to it being my first time renting, but every request we had in the fixing of the apartment has been accommodated for within a week.
